To confirm before relying on these terms: the operator’s legal name, the minimum age, and governing law and courts (drafted for Nepal). A lawyer should review the final text.

Who we are

FromMe2You (“we”) is run by the individual who runs FromMe2You, based in Nepal. Contact: support@fromme2you.net.

The service

FromMe2You lets you make personal story gifts (animated pages with your words, photos and music, shared by a link) and still cards. Cards are free. Stories are free to make and send today, but they will become a paid feature in the future. Before that happens we’ll publish their prices and terms on this site, and you’ll always see the price before you pay.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Each account can send up to 50 gifts and keep up to 300 photos. We may change these limits to keep the service running well.

Your content

What you write and the photos you add stay yours. To run the service you give us a licence to store, copy, resize and display that content, only as needed to show your drafts to you and your sent gifts to the people who have their links, until you delete it.

Anyone with a gift’s link can open it. You choose who gets the link. A sent gift is locked so it stays as it was received; you can delete it at any time, which stops its link working.

What you may not do

• Harass, threaten, bully or hurt anyone, or make something designed to.
• Share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or violent, or that involves minors in any harmful way.
• Use photos or words you don’t have the right to use, including other people’s photos without their consent.
• Pretend to be someone else, or use gifts to trick people (for example to collect passwords or money).
• Break, overload, scrape or get around the limits or security of the service.

Removing content and accounts

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, or when we’re legally required to. If you think a gift breaks these terms, report it to support@fromme2you.net with its link.

Our content

The templates, designs, music choices, code and the FromMe2You name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to make and share gifts and cards through the service, including sharing or printing a card you made.

Availability

We work to keep FromMe2You running, but it’s provided “as is”: we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or stop features. Keep your own copy of anything important to you.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what people do with a link you share. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for important changes we’ll let you know in the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
