Questions about paying
Is this a subscription?
No. Nothing renews and you’ll never be charged again automatically. One Story is a single $3.99 payment for one link, and Lifetime is a single $21.99 payment.
What does Lifetime include?
Your account can use every Story template and create new links without paying per Story, for as long as FromMe2You runs. It costs less than buying One Story each time from your 6th Story onward.
How long does a link last?
7 days from when you create it, on every plan, including Lifetime. You’ll see a countdown, and when time is up the link, the gift and its photos are deleted for good. Lifetime is lifetime access to make Stories, not a link that lasts forever.
What can I do without paying?
Make cards, play every Love Game, and write and preview any Story. Story previews carry a FromMe2You watermark. It’s gone from the gift they receive once its link is paid for.
How many drafts can I keep?
Up to 10 at a time in your account on every plan, or 3 on your device before you sign in. A draft is deleted 7 days after your last edit, and sending or deleting one makes room for another.
Are there limits on Lifetime?
Story creation is unlimited, with fair-use limits on links that keep the service fast for everyone: up to 30 new links a month and 50 live at once. If you ever need more, write to support@fromme2you.net.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Nothing you’ve made is lost. At the draft limit, a new draft stays safe on your device and saves to your account once you’ve sent or deleted another. At the link limit, your gift stays saved and you can create its link as soon as another expires or you delete one. New monthly links open up again the next month.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, because a gift can’t be taken back once it’s sent. If something we sold you doesn’t work, or the law gives you a right to a refund, write to support@fromme2you.net and we’ll put it right.
